A leading provider of interesting security consulting services and solutions are looking for a new Sales Director to spearhead the growth of their sales operation in the UK and EMEA. Having achieved four years of consistent growth, this successful vendor is a respected player in the security market, helping blue-chips clients all over the world.

The role will involve driving the sales team, setting strategy, winning new business and developing key client accounts in the United Kingdom and beyond. If you are a Sales Director who is looking for an opportunity to make an impact and deliver results for yourself and your team – this could be a great fit for you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor and develop Business Development Managers to achieve quarterly revenue targets, with the ability to lead from the front.
  • Develop long term and short term strategies for revenue growth
  • Appropriately allocate resources to support and accomplish key company objectives
  • Manage and grow key accounts, whilst also prospecting net new accounts
  • Delivering the agreed annual revenue number

 

Requirements:

  • Previous success as a Sales Director for an IT Security company
  • Previous proven success in achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver short – medium and longer-term objectives
  • Previous experience working in a smaller, dynamic, agile growing organisation
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in front of C-level audiences
  • Ability to travel round the UK
