Sales Director DACH - Next Gen Endpoint start-up - Munich

Our client is a rapidly expanding, heavily VC backed start-up offering a Next-Gen End point protection platform. They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to be the first person on the ground in the DACH region, building their sales function from scratch.


Job Responsibilities:

  • First Sales Director on the ground in the DACH region
  • Build a sales function from scratch, recruiting channel partners and winning new business directly
  • Build and maintain strategic senior level relationships
  • Identify and close upon new enterprise sales opportunities
  • Exceed set sales targets
  • Develop long term and short term strategies for revenue growth



  • Proven success in building Sales functions from scratch within the DACH region
  • Strong background in Cyber security sales
  • Previous start-up experience
  • Proven successful sales track record of overachievement
  • Highly motivated and self-driven attitude with an ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
